Phil Zak

As the Executive Design Director and Global Brand Champion for Chevrolet, Phil Zak is responsible for the exterior and interior designs for all Chevrolet vehicles worldwide. With this role Zak oversees the design execution of Chevrolet products in global studios as well as Chevrolet design brand consistency and execution in the overall look and feel of the portfolio. The design direction of Chevrolet, new vehicle concepts, vehicle content strategies and future design philosophy also falls under his responsibilities. 

Zak has additionally held previous leadership positions in GM North America, outside of GM, as well as global assignments which include Executive Design Director of GM-PATAC, the GM joint venture in Shanghai China and as Exterior Design Director in Europe. Additional experience in North America include Director of Design for Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet and the GM Accessories Studio.
