As Senior Director of Exterior Design at Rivian, Jonathan Szczupak leads the teams behind the R1T, R1S, and R2, helping shape our next generation of electric vehicles. With over two decades of design leadership spanning Ford and Rivian, his work brings together bold design vision, engineering precision, and brand storytelling from early concept all the way through production. An ArtCenter College of Design graduate with deep roots in car culture, Jonathan brings an intentional, adventurous ethos to everything he creates. Outside the studio, he stays connected to the w road as an avid photographer and traveler through his project, Between the White Lines.
