Bill Zheng was appointed head of user experience (UX) for Stellantis North America in April 2026, where he leads the UX design strategy for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, and Ram Truck. Reporting to Leandro Alvarenga P. Pinto, vice president of global user experience design, Zheng is shaping how customers interact with Stellantis North America vehicles through innovative, human-centered experiences.
Previously, Zheng led global Jeep interior design, guiding the brand’s vision from concept through production across its vehicle lineup.
Since joining the company in 2000, he has built a global career, serving in leadership roles across North America, China, India, and the Asia-Pacific region, driving design innovation and strategic growth across multiple markets.

Zheng was born in Shanghai. He graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 2000 with a degree in industrial design, then earned an executive MBA from Wayne State University in 2012.
