As Chief Designer at Ford Motor Company, Aaron orchestrates global, multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of sophisticated components, seating systems, and holistic experience architectures. His leadership is defined by a commitment to bridging the gap between tactile craftsmanship and the digital frontier to define the future of the brand experience.
Throughout a career marked by strategic influence, Aaron has been a pivotal architect of iconic automotive portfolios. His track record of excellence includes serving as Design Manager for the Gen 5 Chevrolet Camaro and Design Manager and Author for the Cadillac XT5. His creative leadership further extends to high-profile projects such as the Cadillac GT4, the Cadillac Coupe concept, and the Ford Edge L. Demonstrating a unique versatility in high-performance design, Aaron also served as the lead designer for the Gen 6 NASCAR (GM) Hendrick Motorsports program.
Currently, Aaron focuses on the strategic convergence of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and User Interface (UI) design. He excels at synthesizing complex technical requirements into intuitive, brand-aligned interactions, ensuring that physical touchpoints and digital ecosystems function as a unified, seamless environment. With an extensive background in "China-speed" agile workflows and a career spanning the USA, Korea, Australia, and Germany, Aaron provides a rare global perspective on the evolving mobility landscape.
